By using EXPOSE's Message Boards and Chat Rooms, you agree to the following:

1. That you are solely and completely responsible for the content that you post to Message Boards or in Chat Rooms. EXPOSE does not review the content posted on its Message Boards or in Chat Rooms on a systematic basis, but EXPOSE has sole and absolute discretion to block access to any posting, to edit, delete or move any posting, or to prevent access to the Chat Rooms, with or without notice, at any time and for any reason, including, without limitation, EXPOSE's judgment that you have violated the Expose.Net Guidelines or Terms of Use Agreement. You also agree that EXPOSE has no obligation to delete content that you find personally objectionable or offensive. You hereby grant EXPOSE the right to modify and publish, both on the Site and in other media, any information posted by you on EXPOSE's Message Boards or Chat Rooms.

2. Not to harass or threaten anyone.

3. Not to impersonate anyone. While EXPOSE does not prohibit the use of nicknames for users of our Message Boards and Chat Rooms, EXPOSE strongly encourages users to include their real first and last names with their registration information. Please refrain from using offensive names and never post a message under another person's name or pretend to be another person. EXPOSE encourages Message Board users and Chat Room participants not to give personal identifying information in the content he/she posts.

4. Not to post or transmit any unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, or any other forms of solicitation.

5. Not to infringe the intellectual property rights of others, including, without limitation, trademarks or the posting of anything you do not have the right to publish or violating any copyright or other proprietary rights in your posts. EXPOSE will delete posts that contain any such violations.

6. Not to intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, federal or international law.

7. Not to use inappropriate or offensive language, including, without limitation, any language or content that is sexually oriented, sexually suggestive or abusive, pornographic, harassing, defamatory, libelous, vulgar, obscene, profane, hateful, or that contains racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable material of any kind.

8. That EXPOSE may save any Content and may also disclose any Content if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief by EXPOSE that such disclosure is reasonably necessary.
